ABOUT the artist

Brianna Roberto is a 22-year-old award-winning artist whose paintings have been featured in multiple publications, exhibitions, and sold to homes internationally. Having just finished her undergraduate program at Santa Clara University, earning a B.A. in both Child Studies and Studio Art, she is continuing her graduate studies at SCU to earn a Masters in Elementary Education.
Her paintings serve as an exploration of her biracial cultural identity, contemporary issues, and visually capture the perspective of meaningful social justice causes. Ultimately, her journey as an artist is intertwined with her mission to spark conversations and provoke introspection, using paint as a tool to illuminate the complexities of the concept of childhood and the urgent need for societal change. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks with her miniature schnauzer, searching for vintage/thrifted gems, and reading a little bit of everything.
